McDonald’s is adding new refreshing new drinks to the menu just in time for summer. Starting April 28th these drinks can be purchased from McDonalds permanently. 

Sophomore Emerson Clark says, “I don’t usually eat fast food but those new menu items seem interesting.” 

These new menu items will consist of refreshers and crafted sodas. 

The refreshers are Strawberry Watermelon , Mango Pineapple, which has strawberry boba and Blackberry Passionfruit with freeze dried dragon fruit. 

The crafted sodas consist of the Sprite Berry Blast, which is blue raspberry flavored and has cold foam on top. The Orange Dream, which has Hi-C Orange, and cold foam. Finally, the Dirty Doctor Pepper which has vanilla flavoring with cold foam. 

There is also a new burger and hot honey items available for a limited time. The Big Arch burger features two quarter pounder patties, white cheddar cheese, crispy onions, pickle, and the new Big Arch sauce. 

The new hot honey items consist of, The Hot Honey Sausage Egg and Biscuit, Bacon Hot Honey McCrispy, and Hot Honey Snack Wrap. 

“I’m not sure if I will give these new menu items a try but maybe ” says sophomore Lula Reinert. 

Lower Dauphin students may be interested in trying these drinks amid the warmer temperatures as we get farther into spring and summer.
