Climate change is one of the biggest problems that we are facing today, as it affects not only humans but also animals.
Hunter Kubistk, a freshman, pointed out that climate change has a severe impact on animals. He said, “Climate change is affecting the animals because it’s cold in Alaska, but if it’s getting warmer, it’s not the whale’s climate.” This statement highlights the fact that climate change is causing a shift in the natural habitat of animals, which can be detrimental to their survival.
Another freshman, Cora Ritchey, shared her thoughts on climate change. She said, “I think it’s not very good and that we should do something about it before it gets too bad for us to change it.” Her statement emphasizes the need for immediate action to tackle the problem of climate change. If we do not take action now, it will be too late to make a difference.
Climate change is a global issue that requires a collective effort to address. It is not just a problem for one country or one community; it affects us all. We need to take steps to reduce our carbon footprint, conserve energy and promote sustainable living. We must also support policies and initiatives that aim to mitigate the effects of climate change.
