Senior Adrian Olweiler agrees on how having friendships can increase your mental health, and he said, “You don’t have to worry about it if they’re going to go behind your back and spread rumors about you or talk dirty about you”. Along with that, he also said “Having people around you that make you laugh is great for you. That’s why people say laughter is the best medicine.”
