Best Cars for High Schoolers

One of the major events of high school is finally acquiring your license and having all the freedom to drive wherever all on your own. Before you start driving, you are going to need a vehicle to get you to and from. I have compiled a list of the best cars, on a budget of $5000, to suit any student’s wants and needs. First off we have the most reliable and practical option in a 4 door sedan. In this category I have a 2002-2006 Toyota Camry. This car is reliable and inexpensive mid-size sedan perfect for hauling around up to 5 people and significant luggage in the trunk. Next we have a larger vehicle in that of a SUV. For this we have the 2003-2006 Ford Expedition. With a V8 engine and up to 9 seats, this car can haul just about anything whether that be an entire group of friends or luggage. Next we have a truck that can satisfy any pulling or off-roading needs and this is the 2004-2008 Ford F-150. Now is the most fun car on this list which is a 1989-2005 Mazda Miata. This car is a 2 seat convertible on a rear-wheel drive platform making it out to be a small and lightweight vehicle that can create endless fun. Lastly we have the sportiest car you can get on this budget. This would be any 1997-2003 Mercedes-Benz CLK class. This car comes in 3 engine variations but every configuration packs serious power that can get you up to speed quickly.
