After two decades of sending troops back and forth to Afghanistan President Biden had originally set a date for May 1st to have all troops out of Afghanistan but more recently has updated that date to 11 September of 2021. This is a major accomplishment and relief for all of the soldiers and families. Some of these soldiers have not seen home in over a year, this Is going to be a life changing event for lots of people. Over the past years we have sent exponential numbers of troops to protect us and also to help the people in Afghanistan who are trying to escape the danger. Members of the Taliban have made It clear that if U.S. troops are not out of their land by the 11 of September we will be back at war. This was an act that was administered under the Trump Admin and Biden has now picked up and still has the intention of fulfilling.
