Hummelstown boasts several beautiful parks with common amenities like trails, bike paths, and benches with great views. The park is a great way to escape from stress of everyday technology-filled life with its relaxing, simplistic, natural feel. If you visit Miami’s Underline park for these reasons, you’ll quickly realize that it’s nothing like our parks here in Pennsylvania.

Miami has a large Metrorail system that allows its citizens to get from place to place efficiently in the city. The space under the tracks was always unused, and some who noticed it decided to start creating Underline, a technological park that is completely unique to Miami.

The park includes a gym, walking or biking paths, gardens, and exercise equipment. The park regularly hosts events there as well, such as yoga, gardening, basketball, workouts, bike tours, and more.

So far, it may sound like a fairly typical park. However, the Underline is revolutionizing parks technologically with their innovative additions. The park includes free public WiFi all around, online events, real time information about the park, and using AI translation to create content in many languages.

As Miami’s Underline park continues its second phase out of five, they are planning to spend 20 million dollars on just over 2 miles of space. There will be a playground area and two plazas. They are especially focusing on the greenery with this phase, investing in ways to help the local plant life thrive in the park.

The Underline park is undoubtedly different from many parks today, and may even define the future of parks as we know them.
