Farewell, Mr. Kaylor

Ana D.

Mr. Damon Kaylor is leaving Lower Dauphin at the end of year. Kaylor has been teaching math here for about 13 years. He went to Penn State Harrisburg as an undergraduate in math. His favorite memory throughout college was having the chance to have a great group of friends that had helped him along the way of his career. He wanted to  teach kids and help them overall. Mr. Kaylor’s advice to any high school student is, “When you first get here, four years seems like it is going to take forever. Time is short, goes fast, even when you get out of school.” He does not plan on continuing teaching, however, he will still be coaching the school’s boys’ soccer team. He will truly be missed by his former and present students!
