It might be odd to think about big football players doing yoga, however yoga has been a mainstay in the NFL for years. Yoga has a very positive impact and growth on the athletes that are playing at the highest level. After many athletes are done with whatever activity they were doing, they would question why they struggled with simple movements and how yoga could help them. Many athletes have reported yoga helping them like Logan Ryan, Nelson Agholor, Deshaun Watson, and the entire Houston Texans team. Nowadays, multiple professional teams have their own yoga and meditation coaches on their staff. Yoga helps the athletes move their bodies better and prevent serious injuries.
