It is the last full week of school before Christmas break, and although some students started their break early, other students can hardly wait for it to come.
“I would say I feel excited to have a break from school and spend more time with family and friends. Also I am happy to be outside more and do more fun activities.” Simran Ghuman, junior, says.
Lots of students are looking forward to getting new clothes and presents for Christmas, along with the long school break that comes with it, going the whole way to January 5th, then shortly after, on the 24th, marks the start of the 3rd marking period.
More students go on trips to different vacation destinations as well on Christmas break. For example, the beach, or Flordia, or they go to New York.
“I’m so excited and grateful to spend this time with my family and friends.” Delila DeSantis, junior says.
