Girls’ Lacrosse

LD beat Warwick 13-10 to get their second win in as many days. They improve to 3-0 on the season.

Tennis

Sophomore Brady Coonelly was crowned the champion of the #1 singles bracket at the Buckskin Classic. LD finished 3rd at the tournament and Coonelly was named to the All-Tournament Team.

Softball

LD used a massive fifth inning to rally back from four runs down to top Cedar Cliff 5-4. Sophomore pitcher Lilly Albarano threw eight strikeouts and Loren Tucker had three RBIs to pace the win.

Track & Field

Both the boys’ and girls’ had plenty of finishers on the weekend. Drake Risser finished as the boys’ Bruce Dallas Pole Vault Champion. Natalie Rose placed sixth in the girls’ 100-meter hurdles. Jamie Swartz placed fifth in the 100-meter dash and fourth in the 400-meter dash. Charlie Fortney finished in sixth in the boys’ 400-meter dash. In the 4×400-meter relay, the boys team placed sixth and the girls team took fifth to cap off a great day.
