As we go on our missions to lose or gain weight, we can find it troubling to stay away from many of our favorite snacks that do us no favors. Many companies have taken this initiative and thrived by turning flavorful junk foods into healthy snacks that the consumer can enjoy with no fear of being thrown off of their journey. Today, we will feature some of the best protein-filled products that can easily replace your junk food craving.

Quest Protein Chips

You will notice that Quest will feature a lot of products on this list. One of my favorites is their  Protein Chips. The Quest Protein Chips have between 18-20 grams of protein per bag and are very manageable to eat in five or less minutes. They offer amazing flavor and a great way to stay away from your unhealthy favorites. If you like something spicier, you can settle for the Chili Lime flavor, which is yet another great style of chip to help you on your weight watching journey.

Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Cups

Kodiak Cakes, like Quest, feature plenty of unique snacks to offer. My personal favorite is the flapjack cups. Coming in a range of flavors from maple syrup to blueberry, these cups taste like you are eating a regular pancake, with over five times the amount of protein. A cup or two of Kodiak Cake flapjacks can replace your breakfast and offer you plenty of well-needed nutrition to start the day.

Quest Protein Cookies

Quest also has a protein cookie that tastes very good. With 15 grams of protein, enjoy a nice dessert with a glass of milk by eating a Quest cookie. They have pretty good flavor and are a nice relaxing snack to have. Just like the other products, the cookies will only help you in your journey, making them a perfect snack.

Quest Peanut Butter Cups

For big fans of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, Quest’s version is perfect for you. They have a very similar flavor, but Quest’s Cups have 10 grams of protein, over five times that of Reese’s. Almost everyone loves chocolate, and for those on a diet and looking to build muscle with protein, these are a perfect snack to fill your sweet cravings.

Think Brownie Crunch Protein Bars

Think’s “Brownie Crunch” protein bars are another great choice for a good, protein-filled snack. These protein bars have a good flavor and the “crunch” aspect really elevates them from other protein bars. While the flavor can get bland after a while, the 20 grams of protein included in the protein bars make them well worth it. Think has many other dessert-based flavors of protein bars which all make for great snacking options.
