Last evening Thursday June, 8th was Lower Dauphin High School’s graduation. The ceremony was held at the Giant Center and began at 7p.m.. Speeches were given by both the valedictorian Sam Rothermel and salutatorian Emma Durantine. Both salutatorian and valedictorian had earned GPA’s of over one hundred percent. All of the students who earned senior awards were given recognition, as well as those joining the armed forces, and class officers. The whole ceremony was around two hours long. Last nights commencement was live streamed and the video from the live stream can now be accessed by clicking a link on the school’s facebook page. The Falcon Flash would like to congratulate all of those who graduated last night. Best of luck to the Class of 2017!
